Ordering Policy
• Our service is exclusively available for articles (products) displayed as in stock on our website.
• Delivery of your order is contingent upon stock availability.
• Each order should only contain one product; if customers require multiple products or quantities, separate orders must be placed.
• Presently, each order will be dispatched to a single destination address. Customers seeking shipment to different addresses must place separate orders.
• Paid orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy
We assure you of our dedication to delivering your order accurately, in excellent condition, and within the stipulated time frame. While our goal is to dispatch all items in your order together, there may be occasions where this is not feasible due to product specifications or availability of stock.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
Our aim is to dispatch each item in your order within 2 to 3 working days within Dhaka metropolitan city and 5 to 7 working days outside Dhaka.
Shipments are processed on regular weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.
Although we strive to fulfill all orders accurately, in excellent condition, and promptly, there may be instances where your order could be canceled or delivery delayed due to factors such as color/size unavailability, product stock issues, or courier challenges.
For swift and reliable delivery, we exclusively utilize trusted courier services.
Refund Policy/Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds are only processed for orders in “Cancel,” “Pending,” or “Returned” status; orders marked as “Shipped” are ineligible for refund. If your order has been shipped, we kindly ask you to contact the 3rd Party Logistics Provider responsible for your consignment first.
Upon receiving your refund request, our team will initiate the process after verifying whether your product has been delivered to you.
Please provide the following details: Order No, Order Date, Contact No. (the number used to place the order), payment method (Bkash/Nagad/SSLCommerz), and any other pertinent information.
For Bkash and Nagad payments, refunds are disbursed exclusively via Bkash. Please furnish your preferred Bkash number for receiving the refund (ideally the same number used for the initial payment).
If payment was made via debit/credit card (through SSLCommerz) and a refund is requested, it may take 15-20 working days from SSLCommerz’s end to process the refund after our verification and processing.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
Warranty policy
If you encounter any significant manufacturing defects in merchandise purchased from zenialeather.com, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the paid amount. To avail of this, please raise the issue with our customer service and return the product to our store within 30 days from the date of delivery.
In case of minor defect, customers will get a repair service.
